The Review:

Multi-instrumentalist Nog Cavanagh creates his own brand of instrumental progressive music that combines various genres including space rock and psychedelic but done in a modern fashion.

On his debut solo album, Everything Leads To Here, is eight instrumental tracks all programmed by Cavanagh including live guitars, bass and analog synths. The album was recorded between 2002 and 2004. You wouldn’t know that since it sounds like a cohesive album from start to finish. It’s an amazing aural journey that you can’t help but revisit after the music stops.

I feel that the name, Nog Cavanagh is destined to be synonymous to modern space rock and psychedelia. I’m no expert but I can say it’s by far one of the better recordings of the genre that I’ve come across in all my years as a music fan. This one unfortunately slipped under the radar in 2005, lets hope the next one doesn’t. This is without a doubt a very recommended purchase!
